Dr. Max Cheng MD

1986年毕业于广州第一军医大学军医系并获得医学学士学位，同年8月作为全军优秀毕业生，被选派到云南老山前线代职见习。

1987年1月到北京空军总医院神经外科医生。

1992年转业到国家物资部中国国防军工物资总公司任项目经理，1993年因业绩出色，被任命为钢材处处长，负责钢材国际贸易和商品期货业务。

1995年与朋友共同创建北京三盟钢铁，任总经理，从事钢材零售业务，销售额位居北京前三。而且开创了钢材贸易和股票一级半市场结合的创新模式。

1997年创建北京医学之星高科技创业有限公司，任董事长兼总经理，从事医疗投资业务。

2004年成立中国医星（新加坡）医疗投资有限公司，任董事长兼CEO，并于2006年成功在英国股票交易所上市。

2008年完成私有化，并同深圳傲华医疗合并成立了泰和诚医疗集团，任董事局主席兼总裁，同时完成9500万美元的私募股权融资。2009年，成功在美国纽交所上市，融资1.38亿美元。

于2015年2月创立北京全域医疗技术有限公司，任董事长兼总裁。先后完成四轮融资，总金额7个亿。并带领团队领衔国家十三五重大专项等国家级科研课题，并入选中组部万人计划。

参与组建中国健康促进基金会，并连续担任第一届，第二届副理事长。

2000年，首先将抗衰老理念引入中国，并代表中国参加了世界抗衰老医学大会。

2001年，在中央警卫局旗下305医院，创建了中国第一家抗衰老中心。

2009年，在总装备部306医院创建中国第一家世界抗衰老医学会/美国抗衰老医学会A4M授权的抗衰老功能医学中心。

In 1997, he founded Beijing Medical Star High - tech Venture Co., Ltd. and served as the chairman and general manager, engaging in medical investment business.

In 2004, he established China Medical Star (Singapore) Medical Investment Co., Ltd. and served as the chairman and CEO. In 2006, the company was successfully listed on the London Stock Exchange.

In 2008, he completed the privatization and merged with Shenzhen Aohua Medical to establish Concord Medical Group. He served as the chairman of the board of directors and president, and simultaneously completed a private equity financing of $95 million. In 2009, the company was successfully listed on the New York Stock Exchange, raising $138 million.

In February 2015, he founded Beijing Global Medical Technology Co., Ltd. and served as the chairman and president.
